![]() There are exceptions to this rule, however, as some who aren't deities but fought or contributed on a cosmic scale are generally considered Gods themselves the biggest example being Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, who's been credited as one of the first if not the first cartoon in the multiverse which potentially led to the creation of the other realms. Such was the case with virtually every Overseer under Clockwork, along with Bimm and Nicole Watterson, who both became entities as a result of divine/meta intervention. Thus to truly become one, they must either install the controls onto themselves (which is incredibly risky and could lead to insanity if poorly utilized) or be granted similar abilities by other powerful beings/devices. Though this in of itself doesn't make the user a God, it gives them Godly power. However, it is not required as merely utilizing the controls would grant the user the ability to bend the universe to their whim, as demonstrated by Jimmy Neutron at the end of The Final Days when restoring the Toonverse. It is said that the highest level of power comes from those who ascend beyond the Fourth Wall. While many existed prior to the war, new ones, as well as mentions of those unseen in earlier shows, have been explored in Toon Wars: The Final Days and Toon Wars: Legacy, some including the Toon God, Toon Goddess, and the Overseers.
